| Dr. Steven Dood graduated from Holland Christian
High School in Holland, Michigan. He earned a Bachelor's
Degree in Biology from Calvin College, a Master's Degree in
Biological Sciences from the University of North Dakota, and his
Doctorate Degree from Bowling Green State University. In 1995 Dr.
Dood earned his Medical Degree, with honors, at Medical College of
Ohio, Toledo, Ohio. He then performed his residency in Family
Medicine at the Medical College of Ohio.
Dr. Dood has been serving the public in his solo practice in
Waterville, Ohio since 2006. He has privileges at Wood County
Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital, but normally does not do rounds.
Dr. Dood is the Medical Director of several area nursing homes,
the Lucas County Jail, Lucas County Sheriff's Office, and the
Correctional Treatment Facility in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Dood is an active family man. With wife Sue Dood, he
enjoys spending time with their son Aaron. Aaron is currently
busy with school and Boy Scouts, and is working toward his Eagle
Scout with the Boy Scouts of America,
In his free time Dr. Dood enjoys hunting, fishing, Boy Scout
activities with his son, other outdoor activities, yard work, and
travel. |
